FNB Lenasia Branch

I recently had an issue with FNB they responded to my complaint and advised me to visit my nearest branch. I went to Lenasia branch while I was waiting I was confronted by the branch manager named Carol asking me what my equiry was she immidiately took me into her office and called the supervisor by the name of valencia the 2 of these superwomen wouldnt let me leave until my query was resolved I had unfortunately ran out of time and had to leave

I went back to FNB lenasia this morning to find a long line outside I told the security that i would like to see Carol the branch manager

Carol left the meeting that she was in to attend to me and my enquiry

The royal service i received from these 2 superwoman today has restored my faith in FNB where I even ended up opening a business account with them which took less than 15 mins

Big heads up to these two i hope they get the recognition they deserve
