FNB lemons don't even make lemonade

I opened a new business account last week at the Clearwater branch which was a great and effortless experience I must say. I then transferred R500 into the account to activate it as advised at the branch which was also a smooth transaction. On Saturday the 12/11/2022, I sent an e-wallet to myself (R350) as I did not have the bank card with me at the time, I received the pin and proceeded to attempt to with draw the funds. It has been a nightmare since. I have been receiving the same error since from different ATM’s that, “Please make sure you have initiated the transaction on your FNB app or cellphone banking before using the ATM. Dial *120*321# to request a new pin.” I have generated new pins more the once and again this morning and still receiving the same address. Spoke to the chat consultant on the banking app who wasn’t able to assist. I was then referred to the number *** which is out of service and doesn’t go through. I was then referred to the number *** which only interacts with the IVR and doesn’t address my issue or give the option to speak to anyone for further assistance. I then got referred to number *** and first spoke to Anele who immediately put me through back to the IVR number *** without even finding out if I had tried it first or if successful. I redialled and spoke to Thato who’s line had horrible reception and just went dead for about 3 minutes until I just hung up. I sent an e-mail of the above to *** and to date, I have not had any feedback. I called again this morning to *** and still unable to help, the only option given this time by Lethabo, was that the e-wallet can be reversed from his end and once again at my cost of R65. I requested to a team leader, supervisor or manager. Seems they are too high profile to come to the phone and the only option was for my details to be taken and hope that they call back.

Side note - I am a signatory on another NPO business account which the my access is locked. Error says select the forgot password option to set a new password. This option is non existent on the app!!!
