FNB legally lets their clients commit ***** using ewallet

How's this for ******** legally. Client boufht food and paid via FNB ewallet. We received an sms stating we had to withdraw the money at an FNB macine, which we tried to do using the code given, with no luck. Went inside the bank to resolve the issue, only to be told sorry the client reversed the transaction. Apparently FNB gives them the option to reverse. So needless to say we have been taken for R200 odd because FNB allows their clients to do so legally. Thank you FNB. For some, R200 is nothing but this is our only means of income and a hell of a lot to loose.
