FNB LEGAL - USELESS DIVISION!

I've been emailing, calling, even went as far as getting a lawyer involved in obtaining a statement of account from FNB for a credit card account and they can't seem to assist.

The account was handed over to Brooksluyt and I've been paying the account via Brookstluyt - now when we need a statement of account, the attorneys state that their mandate is terminated and we need to deal with FNB directly. They have emailed FNB and copied us but still no response from FNB.

Please assist urgently as the matter is negatively impacting my profile.
