What a shocker! FNB does it not bother you that out of 84000 reviews, you score a little over 1 star on average? Again I have been fed a bunch of rhetoric as to why my undue billing was in fact justified, and FNB has not made any mistakes after putting in a simple request some months ago to cancel a simple policy. I'm sick and tired of this bank essentially holding us financially hostage out of fear that they have the power to bully you into submission because you can't afford otherwise. I have had enough!
