FNB Legal Services Does Not Deliver

I recently bought a house and there were many issues after we moved in, most of which are in breach of the offer to purchase and the value exceeds R 100k. I contact FNB and was advised to obtain quotes to rectify all the faults. I had done that and when I called back I kept getting transferred to Mboniseni instead of being assisted as he apparently was the last person I dealt with. After calling and leaving several messages I managed to get through to him as he never responded to any of my messages. He told me to mail all my quotes through and again I did not hear from him for over a week and I had to call him back. He indicated that he had the wrong cell number and would send me a confirmation as well as call me back the same day. He has not called me since. Total time wasted is 6 weeks. This is not a free service and if it provides people with false hope then the service must be shut down as this type of assistance will not assist if a person is arrested and jail.
