FNB Legal Recoveries - No answer to calls

I have been trying to call the Recoveries legal department since this morning, after 14 attempts I spoke to 2 different consultants who have provided new numbers to contact, still with no answer. I get redirects and then no answer or simply no answer. @FNB - How do you want me to settle my account?
