FNB Legal premium refund

I cancelled my fnb legal policy sometime last year in December and called them to follow with regards to the premium that was debited from from account. I have called fnb legal several times to check whether the premium was reversed and the last time I spoke to one of the ladies,she told me that the people that are supposed to process the debit order reversal are still on leave and that the funds will definitely be reversed into my account on the the 7th of January 2019,when the those paarticular people return to work. Today is the 15th of January 2019,and my premium is still not reversed. I am really unhappy about this and what annoys me more,is that fnb has kept my money with them for an entire month and it has most definitely rotated a couple of times,and I won’t get any extra amount for the time delay. Fnb legal please sort this out.
