FNB Legal Poor Service

We have referred several matters to FNB legal over the past months and find that without constant chasing up on the matters nothing happens. A simple matter like reviewing an NDA before signature took two weeks. Another matter that was referred in November was only assigned to a legal representative now as the consultant says that he called and someone told him that they didn’t have the details around the case. Here too, the matte r was initially referred to an attorney over 40km away who then called and had no information on the matter at. Really disappointing from a leading institution in SA.
