FNB Legal Plan

This legal plan has been an awful experience something I never expected from FNB. After an incident last year when I was savagely beaten by my employer, landlord and her friends, as a result was left with a fractured spine, thrown on to the street with only the clothes I wore. I was homeless for 3 months completely destitute and in urgent need of medical treatment which I have not had up to now. All my belongings were taken and hidden from me until I paid R3000 for their release. I also have been denied access to my pet cats. Last Friday after appearing in court for about the 7th time to defend myself against an assault charge in connection with this case my lawyer forgot to arrive leaving me to sort out with the prosecutor who gave me more useful legal advice than the FNB lawyers did in 7 months. Eventually after calling my lawyers office they sent a local attorney to apologise on for my representative non show. My whole experience With FNB legal call centre and people connected has left me shattered depressed and no further than 7 months ago. They were all uncaring unsympathetic and made me feel like a charity case and a nuisance.
