Fnb legal pathetic and bunch of lairs!! Pls dont pay any money you owe them with the promise of clearing your name!!

They handed me over for bankcosts of a savings acc i had 12 years ago and i paid the Nimble group that fnb appointed and they gave me a settlement letter which i paid in full and still its shows i owe fnb money??? Barbara at fnb legal never replies on my emails and i have send her the settlement letter and payment and nothing happens!!! Can Fnb have such poor service???? Everytime you phone fnb they tell you we will get back to you!!!
