FNB Legal on call

I am a paying FNB legal client. I have two cases pending for 6 months amd getting no assistance, answers or help from them. I logged a complaint twice at *** like my policy stated. They will resolve the issue within 5 working days. It has been weeks and they never even answered my complaint. Don't waste your time and money on this. It is a money making scheme. I appointed a private attorney now and will report FNB's laywers to the legal board of South Africa
