FNB Legal (Norman Bissett & Associates Group)

I have a Cheque account with FNB & it went into overdraft (I don’t know how cause I never app**** for it). Then it reached R2900, they handed the account to their lawyers knows as Norman Bissette (Nimblen Group). They called me to arrange payments & I was offered a 20% discount reducing the payment to R2390 then I paid R2400 last week early. I then called them to find out if they received my payment, they said no and gave me emails, WhatsApp numbers that are wrong according to me cause they never rep**** let alone closed/informed FNB that my account has been settled & the debt when I view via their app is still increasing. When I go to their branch I’m informed they can’t close the account because it’s handed over, but when I explain to them my situation they can’t help they say.

Their lawyers Norman Bissett & Associates Group consultants are so unprofessional & unclear in their responses.
