FNB Legal Non Assistance

I recently received quite appalling service from FNB Law on Call. I submitted a case and I was passed between multiple legal personnel and my case is quite a lengthy one. Every time I called I spoke to someone different and had to start again. When I emailed, my case would be closed. And no further communication sent.

My last encounter was with a legal advisor called Ahtiyya Ebrahim. I had traction with her but she then stated that I need to submit documents to her by a certain date or else my claim would not be reviewed. At that time, I had just sent my claim to the CCMA. I had no date for my conciliation, I didn’t have the minutes from my hearing. I also had a personal crisis to deal with. I tried to make contact to explain this but never got help.

Please assist urgently. This is not the service I thought I signed up for.
