FNB Legal - no response
I am struggling to contact the FNB Legal department to obtain a paid-up letter on my personal account. They are not responding to my emails and there is no contact number

08 Nov 2025, 13:43So here we go again. FnB eventually send me the documentation I requested; however, half of the numbers were redacted, and subsequently of no use whatsoever. Further emails requesting a revised letter with the full information has been conveniently ignored. So it seems the only way the FnB will ever respond is when your publicizable post it on a forum such as Hallo Peter
