Fnb Legal is the worst

We have called FNB legal to assist with a ccma matter , a few months ago I was told about fnb legal I then called and asked to activate this on my account after being sent from pillar to post I was told its active. 3weeks ago I called fnb for assistance and was told I am not a member once again the next day I a member again and new I was told to proof to them since when I became a member I have had no luck with any help and my time is running out to log a case at the ccma. I have called day in and day out and have had no luck a new contract has been opened ever since then and I'm once again a new client and still no help.
