Fnb legal is pathetic

I send a request to FNB legal on the 9th of September and almost 2 months later NO one has contacted me????? I only received an automated message with a reference FNBREF#***???? 2 months later and not 1 word????? I also requested that my debit orde must move to the 1st and ofcourse NOTHING was done!!! It still went off on the 25th!!! I want my money back as i am paying for NOTHING!!! FNB is quick to take my money but that is where it stops!!!
