I am trying to get hold of FNB credit card legal division to obtain a letter of prescription for 10 years ago, I am holding on for 21 minutes, after being transferred from pillar to post! Think someone can kindly help me out urgently please? OK AFTER 22 MINUTES THE LINE GOES DEAD! excellent service!
