FNB Legal -Extremely Poor Customer engagement

I logged a case with FNB in Nov 2023. I had been assigned to 2 law firms, the first made me drive outside my area for 2 consultations and did nothing to assist. The 2nd lawfirmm the attorney was extremely rude to me and asked me to do work that he was meant to do on behalf of the client. Even though I mentioned this to FNB Legal they continued to seek advice from the attorney and his response was nothing short of its not his problem. To date nothing we is being done with my case. Both lawyers had very different opinions of the case. I have been paying for FNB legal for more than 10 years and only used the service once. I am extremely disappointed by the poor responses, engagement and urgency to help me resolve this matter.
