Fnb legal department

I struggle to get hold of any person at the legal department of fnb. I had a personal loan with fnb and went on deptreview. I canceled the deptreview and wanted to clear my name. They closed the account and reopen it with a new account nuimber. Its now 2 years and 11 months and no one contacted me to make any arrangements. I went to fnb vaal mall branch to contact the legal department to get any information on the account to settle but no one can give me a contact number or any information regarding my account that was handed over. sort out my personal loan that was handed over. This is now more than 4 month that I struggle and dont get anywhere. Number I phoned is *** / ***
