Fnb Legal debit money from my account

Fnb Legal Debit an amount of R3539.45 for an old credit card that I had about 10 years ago. Without any prior notice or taking it in consideration if I can afford it.When I phoned them they just told me they can do it and don't care about my other commitments. I have A child and a wife to look after. I don't earn a big salary And cant afford to loose R3539.45.<br> I need them to Refund my money
