<p>I have an arrangement with FNB legal that a certain amount goes towards my credit card each month. The amount was deducted from my account on 03 May 2017 this month. I was paid by my company a certain amount for living out allowance. As soon as FNB legal noticed there was money they took the monthly installment again.</p> <p>When I phoned to rectify the problem a certain Mr Leonard was not available for the second day. Nobody can help me. A Mr Anton was rude and put the phone down wile I was still talking. This is not the first time they take double payments. I needed that money to buy food. Now I dont have it. This is not fair. I have an agreement with FNB!!!</p>
