FNB Legal Cover - Pathetic, arrogant cliebt service

I have taken out various products with FNB as a loyal client for years. I am disappointed that they assigned a law firm under my law on call cover who in my view have not dealt due diligence to my civil case for 2yrs now. I alerted tje bank i wasnt happy the matter kept changing hands and losing details. Instead they later advised ive almost exhausted the policy limit ill need to pay for extras. I queried this and suggested they should have changed firms with my first complaint. They made me write my concern again only to tell me theyre letting the firm procceed ill still need to pay extra costs. Ignoring my concern on thei firm service, im expected to celebrate. This is a total ******* and insult to a client of more than a decade.
