Fnb legal cover is just a ****

Two years later and we still battling to get fnb to assign our lates mom estate assigned to us. On the 23/01/2023 they said they will put out an advert of the estate and so fat there has been no communication what so ever. It’s been more then 30 days and heading for more then 60 days we are left hanging with no communication. They trick our parents to taking up this legal cover from them then when they gone the children are left battling to even get clear answers. It’s been a painful journey with this company that am left no choice but to put them out in all social networks that’s the only time we get a response from them. Speaking to my legal advisors it should not take so long to get a maté communication or even informed as to what’s happening. So don’t even think of taking that legal cover from them if you know what’s good for you
