FNB - Legal
I have been a client for the 20 odd years. And I was treated quite fairly and professionally and do not plan to close my account by any means.
I am just trying to obtain a clearance letter since April 2019 that my overdraft has been repaid, which in fact happened 5 years ago, but every time I send a mail I get a note that they will reply soon. The last mail was on 2 Sep. I did not receive a reference number from the auto reply.
Please let me know who I can contact to assist with this problem.

18 Sept 2019, 10:17I am wondering if I will ever get a reply from FNB other than an automated reply. Maybe it is because you don't owe them money or maybe they just don't care
