FNB LEAVES YOUNG MAN STRANDED

My son had his card ****** and he had it cancelled and went through all the right channels to get a new one. He had the new one for a few days and he used it. He then he tried to use it on Sunday and FNB had blocked his card. Their reason being: no proof of address. My son is a student in Cape Town and his home is in KZN. He was away from his res and he had to wait 5 hours for transport. I dont think FNB helps you. How is he supposed to show them proof of address and why did they issue him with a new card if they did not have all the documentation. SO FNB HOW ARE YOU GOING TO HELP? How do we get his card unblocked, he does not have accounts in Cape Town or anywhere else. He provided FNB with his proof of address in January before he went to Cape Town.
