FNB - Leaves you stranded, time and again.

I sent an e wallet to my phone. This is all the money I have, in the world. When I tried to withdraw the money, the ATM said I had reached my E wallet limit. If FNB had indicated this when I sent the wallet to my own number, I would not be stranded on the side of the road. After spending many hours and 4 days on the phone with FNB, they tell me there is nothing we can do. So again, I am stranded on the side of the road, because of FNB. Why do they keep doing this?
