FNB leaves you powerless just like Eskom
Hi, I have a funeral policy with FNB, I went to the bank on Saturday to collect my credit card. It is with a courier company. I did not ask for that service. I wanted to transfer money into my cheque account which I can't. because both my cards are expired. Fnb tried to debit for their funeral policy which must only be debited on month end. They did not phone me or make arrangements or asked why there wasn't money in my account. There was a delay in my salary so the first money that went into my account they took. The problem I have is with the debit that did not go thru and the charge of R105 for a failed debit. Ref FNBFuneralF***3. They did that twice on the same day. How can you do that if you know there were no funds the first time? I really hate banking with Fnb. Furthermore, I was not offered a temp card that I can use my funds in my credit card or facilities in my banking app. I can't do nothing until that couriers deliver my card, which can take up to 5 days and they also want to charge fees like R360 if I want the card same day or R160 for next day delivery. Fnb and their couriers sucks#ccdcouriers.
