FNB leaves one feeling humiliated

Navi-gate life app sucks. I have carefully monitored my credit status with FNB over the last couple of years. Even after being an FNB account holder for 10 years, 5 as a private client, the app shows I have a short transactional history. After not one debit order bouncing in 5 years it still shows many debit order bounces. I am up to date on every payment to everyone.I owe yet I still have a red flag saying Im far behind on payments. Mainly though, 12 years after being sequestrated and the credit card with FNB being settled it still keeps popping up on my profile. I have requested it be removed many times and it goes away for a while then reappears. I have a platinum credit card with Nedbank yet my own bank gives me tons of **** when it comes to credit. Time to move to Nedbank maybe?
