FNB leaked client info to Third Party(more inside)...

FNB has been sharing information with a third party called VVM ( maybe spelt wrong) or something I don't know .They used information on our business profile to give to the third party ,but the third party unfortunately called the wrong partner for his personal matters,of which the matter does not even involve FNB itself.We did our own investigation and we find out that FNB is the only bank or institution which have details of our partnership and might apparently have leaked them.I think FNB have breached the IPO Act and has caused abuse to an individual who has nothing to do with the issue .The third party has sent private information to my phone which is not allowed I think by the Financial Board .How do we deal with the issue .

I personally think ,FNB is taking this matter for granted.I tried the FNB route ,and I deem it imperative to take further steps .

May I please have a written reply as recommended by the Banking Ombudsman in this issue .I appreciate useless calls .It is required that I obtain written response from the bank ,its approaching the end of another month now .I raised another complaint and I have not received reference number for it ,which shows FNB is taking this matter for granted .No evidence will be sent to FNB prior been presented to court .
