Fnb laying to customers

Good day i am very unhappy with the outcome of my claim . I have bean paying the premiums no problem and nou when i have a claim fnb says no we cant help you. The device is how i make my living. I waited over a mont for fnb to make a decision. No income for a month because of fnb. Can nit buy food cant pay my bills because of fnb. But wait month end fnb will take youre money for the device even after the claim was not approved they still take youre money. How loyal are they. Very unfair greedy.
