FNB Lawyer on Call service is poor!
FNB Law on call service is really poor! I have requested assistance on two matters more than two weeks back and I constantly need to follow up with the lawyers on the progress. Today I followed up again, yet there is no feedback! This service is not worth the monthly installment!
