FNB LAW POLICY

FNB LAW SCHEME. Do not fall victim to the promise of “help” when you are involved in a legal matter. None of the numbers provided work, even when you fill online for them to call you, guess what? They don’t call you. The most disgusting part is they have consultants call you and try up sell you (I would label it as bullying to be quite honest) they don’t tell you the price only just before banking details and they go so fast about it. I feel like they mislead me then they get very angry and rude with you when you inform them that they didn’t inform you of the price. You also can’t get a hold of anyone to even cancel this bull**** policy. Thank you FNB for the R900 worth of premium you have deducted for nothing - I could of actually used that money towards the legal advice that I need. I don’t think I have ever been this excited to change my bank - there is constantly problems with FNB from sending your new cars ( a month long hassle and no one can even tell you when the card is been delivered or where it is) There staff are so *********** they don’t even know how to change your banking limits or correctly link your accounts. I will say I spoke to an amazing consultant who was able to do both for me in one quick call when compared to multiple calls to consultants who sound like they are there to collect there pay cheques. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CALL ME TO CANCEL THIS **** POLICY.
