FNB LAW PLAN

I am a client with FNB bank and I've been asking for their assistance on the Law plan but no luck,I found out that I was not registered at work and I called them even send Emails but with no luck,it's bad to take our money every month but when we need assistance no one is there, please don't ever Join FNB Law plan cause is not useful at all.
