FNB Law on Call's slow turnaround

I reported a matter to FNB Law on Call on 8 Feb 2022, ONLY on 17 March 2022 they decided to attend to it after I sent them a follow up email. This was a simple matter yet the Consultant seems confused and clearly lacking in both professional and life experience. There are now two Consultants that I deem as complete *****s, one male and female who really should not be working with people. The lady does not even know how to ask appropriate legal questions.
