FNB Law On Call Worst Service Ever!!!
FNB Law On Call is one of the worst services ever, I logged a claim in November 2025 and have still not been assisted even though every month they debit for services they do not provide... I have done numerous follow ups with the assigned Paralegals to the matter up to a point where they claim to not have records of the emails communication, I then also logged complaints twice but still FNB Care is not assisting with a matter that has been opened 6 months ago... I would not advise anyone to take up FNB Law On Call services as one is paying for very poor and bad service from them

Mainly my frustration comes from the fact that I logged a complaint twice already with FNB Care department but still this matter was not attended to
One has to come and post here at HelloPeter in order for you to give a matter attention but yet we pay monthly installments for services... No this is totally unacceptable truly
