FNB Law-On-Call :Worst service at the tym when I need them most

You know when you need legal advise and service urgently and promptly, and it happens that you are subscribed to the most unreliable legal service provider in the country - FNB Law On Call. I think right now the most polite thing would be to ask FNB to reimburse me all my subscription amounts that I have ever paid them over the years so that I can try and get a real lawyer to assist me. I'm in a verge of loosing my house and Deon and team leader Jaco at Law On Call don't see that as an urgent and pressing matter. I have been trying since December 2015 to get intervention from them. At 1st all I required just sound legal advise, but it has come to a point were I may need legal representation and I really doubt I will get any from Law On Call. Many emails and calls later I still don't have any proper feedback or the least an acknowledgement of my communication!!!! I'm completely frustrated.
