Fnb law on call will drop you at the last hour

Fnb law on call can really drop you when you need them the most. I called in and reported a matter with them about an accident that took place about a year ago when I hit someone from the back. I explained everything that happened and how I wasn't sure I caused the damage coating R80 000, but they taking me me to rule book of pumping someone from the back.
