FNB LAW ON CALL USELESS SERVICE !!!

FNB Law On Call is an ABSOLUTELY disappointing service I cannot understand how we can be paying for something we cannot use. You call the number one never gets through, You send an email you get a standard response email. And when they call back, call gets cut and they dont call back and no response to email. I've now had to go and pay R1500 for a 15min consultation fee to a lawyer to answer a question that the FNB legal team could have answered via email or phone! I mean really what's the point!! I want to cancel please IMMEDIATELY!
