FNB Law on call - Useless Poor Servce - But quickly to take my money monthly!!!

Law on call customer ***

I have been trying to get assistance from FNB Law on call from before Dec 2021. Each email comes back with a automated reply saying they will get back to you within 48 hours. It's now been MONTHS!!!!!

I have reported that I need help from a lawyer on poor workmanship from a mechanic that worked on my car. They said I must first sent my complaint to the Ombudsman. I did that and they couldn't help me. So since then I have been trying to get help from them.

I am extremely disgusted with the fact that I can't get any help but they don't have a problem taking my money monthly.

No ethical standards, no customer service.
