FNB Law on Call Useless like Flushing R100 down the toilet each month

Having FNB Law on Call is just like taking a R100 Note and flush it down the toilet each month. I have Send a claim on the 28th of August 2020. Today is the 14th September and I haven't received a reply on my Claim. It is useless Lawyers that is not helpful at all and rude. I liked FNB but my experience with the Law on call have me worried. Will not recommend FNB Law on Call to anyone. As I said. It is like taking R100 and flush it down the toilet each month. It's sad I cannot rate the lower than 1
