FNB Law on Call useless

This is complaint about FNB Law on Call

This must be the worst service provider part of Fnb I'm not happy the way I getting treated.. I've been requesting lawyers to call me back.. since Friday I left emails to a particular lady to advise the way foward no response monday I've send an email for her to call me no care attitude is this the way Law on call and their panel of lawyers assisting clients.. looks like it's only about the money and not the client pathetic Service no care attitude
