FNB LAW ON CALL UNRESPONSIVE

I have been a member of FNB Law on call for more than 5 years now and I have been paying faithfully every month. In actual fact, I never seriously used their services. On the 12th of April 2021, I send an email to their claims email address regarding a query I have with customs and I have since send them 3 follow-up emails and the only response I get is that dry automated response that they will come back to me within 48 hours. I am still waiting! Fnb is a major bank and I know they are customer service-minded and I hope some person in authority will look into this matter and help me find the service I deserve.
