FNB LAW ON CALL TERRIBLE SERVICE

FNB Law on Call is ridiculous, I cannot believe that such a service is associated with a bank that I have been receiving excellent service for almost 13 years. I submitted a claim on the 28th of October 2019, followed it up on numerous times telephonically. After that failed sent through an email on the 06th of November 2019 and again on the 02nd of December 2019. I sent through an email again today after being made to wait on the line only to be told that “we apologies we will attend to your matter tomorrow and have an attorney near you call you to finalize your claim”. After all the promises that were made over the phone I doubt they will ever keep their promise, I am so furious and disgusted by their service.
