Fnb law on call sucks

I have a case ongoing for more than a year FNB law on call has basically done nothing towards this case except call me once after I posted on Hello Peter. Now I've called and left messages for my case handler Sipho but he never calls back why deduct a premium if you are going to offer such ****ty service. I really have no more words about how useful they are. Sick and tired of this.
