FNB Law on call - Still being debited after the policy was cancelled.

I have requested to cancel this policy in November 2017. The policy was cancelled by Mzwandile however I was still being debited. I had called and queried this with Mzwandile on several occasions and I was advised that the policy is cancelled and I can reverse & Stop the debit order. After stopping the debit order, My account was still being debited on alternate months. I have now incurred unpaid charges amounting to R300 on my bank account. I have called FNB and I was advised that when I cancelled, There was an outstanding policy therefore I am still being debited.

I have sent this query to Mzwandile and ********** on the 26th of July 2018. I have been following up since and i received no feedback to date.
