FNB Law on Call staff are useless
In September I spoke to this division of the bank to obtain these services. I was explained how it works and everything seemed well in place. In October the first installment was taken from my account but here the problems starts: the aforesaid amount does not correspond with the deduction and this was not disclosed to me.
I then heard that I also had to pay the debit order fee which I think is rather disgusting see as the money goes from one FNB pool to another FNB pool. this could certainly be waived for clients of FNB who makes use of yet another FNB service.

It has been one month and 10 days and as to this day this division still has not refunded me the full amount that was taken from me. The bank has its own rules and as a customer you just have to accept their rules. Well now you will just accept my rules too. Pay my money back as the small amount you took from me makes absolutely NO movement in your billions that you easily make off clients. it is the worst experience I have ever had with any bank and this shows that this bank is just as bad and useless staff who does not respond back.

This is unacceptable and extremely bad service. what a disgrace!
