FNB Law on call service tremendously poor

Fnb Law on call has not been very helpful with our case. We logged a call with FNB in April/May 2021 which is not really helpful. There's Never a single time where FNB followed up with us on the progress or even with the lawyer, and in the same manner the lawyer never provides feedback unless if we ask for it. We have been buying airtime none stop to call FNB only to always be told that the person allocated to us is busy and will call us which never happens.

On the other hand it looks like the lawyer only acts when we decide to call, it's as if we are calling him to remind him to do his work.

And FNB only asks for feedback from the lawyer only when we call and complain. They probably don't see how important this is but it has caused a great distress on our side

I feel like as the customers who have always been paying for this policy FNB has failed us
