FNB Law On Call Service POOR!

My name is Warrick Jacobs. I am over a year with FNB Law On Call after i got a call from them and what they offered sounded amazing so i cancelled from other Law Firm and joined them, also because I Bank with FNB and service is wonderful and convenient and their Digital platform just great! After being debited over a year for FNB Law On Call for the first time on 18 June 2020 i contacted them from assistance, i was helped by very efficient Legal Advisor and that he would get back to me with update. 06 July 2020 i called back for an update after waiting a while before my call was answered and i gave security questions to confirm they speaking to correct person, i was told the Legal Advisor was busy and they will ask him to give me call back but still no luck. I called again on 16 July 2020 and waiting for while as usual for my call to be answered, i asked if they can put me through complains department as i felt my situation didn't feel important enough for them. Was told to stay on the line before they put me through to complaints department and when they got back to me was told complaints department was busy but they will give me call back "Really Now". I asked if they Legal Advisor who assisted me is available for the update and him as well was not available to assist again and was told they sending him an email to give me call. Up to date I have not heard anything from FNB Law On Call, no update, no communication and no feeling from FNB Law On Call that my matter is whatsoever important to them as to me. My payments has been up to date, first time ever when i need to make use of their assistance it just blow up i my face with unprofessionalism! Businesses call you to join and give promises to services that you pay for but have to battle when asking for assistance. Most disappointing is the first time making use of this service and now having to come on Hello Peter platform to share my story, the thought what i have to go through should I need assistance for other matters!
