Fnb law on call review

I don't think these lawyers know what they're doing or perhaps they are refusing to take on cases to save the company expenses under the guise of "merit". I was told by another legal entity that my claims have merit for a protection order against harassment but when I filed for a claim with fnb they told me that it has no merit. Save your money, fnb is a business after all operating for profit and your needs as a customer will not be met because they limited on how much they can pay out on they're insurance products.
